The Handyman and me

New duties of my Handyman have begun...the honey-do list items sure have been getting checked off lately. Our new project of laminate wood flooring has taken off. No more nasty carpet down the hallway as well as the hole where Roxy chewed up. The flooring sure does add a nice rich look to the house and flows well through the kitchen, entry and hallway - helping to open up the house some. Now the search for nice rugs begings.
We have also started the process of looking for a new home with land! So keep your eyes open. Of course, the handyman wants land for hunting, I however would like to have grazing horses back in my life! Maybe we will find the best of both. Now my plan starts for learning "how to" make your home sellable...any tips, please comment. Enjoy your day with peace, dreams and compromise!
