Event List

Today I gathered my summer dates and events coming up...and holy smokes..busy busy summer. I don't know why I feel so overwhelmed as we are coming into summer time, but let's just say we only have a few spare weekends. Maybe that is why my blood pressue today was at 146/92..border line.

With all these events coming up, it should give me more motivation to get out and start moving! We have started to walk around Lake Wazeecha with the dogs..thats about a 4mile hike! It has lovely views of the lake, trees, park and there usually are people to greet as you pass by. Now did you know..Lake Wazeecha in Indian name means: Lake of the Land of the Pines..makes sense. Also the lake is 148 acres...that sounds better than just a 4 mile hike..we walk around 148 acres! sort of.

Kickin' up the hikes this week! Anyone else need the motivation to go together..give me a call. 13.1 mile hike - first weekend in June! gotten get groovin'
